Aluminum plate: Installation method for suspended ceiling of honeycomb aluminum plate

The installation process mainly includes measurement, setting out, positioning, installation of connectors and suspension angle steel, installation of main keel, installation of secondary keel, installation of honeycomb aluminum plate supporting keel, installation of honeycomb plate, and cleaning. The details are as follows:

1. Snap the line. Horizontal lines should be snapped around the ceiling based on the height of the floor, and the center point of the room should be found. Then, the location line for the keel installation should be marked on the wall.

2. Install the main keel suspension rod. After snapping the horizontal and keel lines, the suspension rod is now fixed to the ceiling using expansion bolts.

3. Aluminum plate: After fixing the suspension rod, it is now time to install the main keel. The material used for the main keel is usually light steel keel, and the spacing between them should be between 1200mm. Pay attention to the connection between the suspension rods during installation.

4. After installing the main keel, it is time to install the side keel. Fix the painted keel around the wall with cement nails, and note that the distance between the cement nails should not exceed 300mm.

5. Install the secondary keel. According to the specifications of the aluminum gusset plate, install the supporting secondary keel. The secondary keel is hung on the main keel through hanging pieces, while paying attention to the connection between the connectors.

6. Install honeycomb aluminum plate supporting keel and honeycomb aluminum plate. The aluminum plate supporting keel is made of angle steel suspender (L50 × 5) Matched with honeycomb panel keel (L40 × 4) Composition, angle steel suspender spacing 1000, using M12 × 50 bolts are connected to the secondary keel, and the honeycomb aluminum plate is matched with the keel and then connected to the angle steel suspension rod bolt. The levelness of the keel is adjusted through the waist shaped hole, and the levelness is controlled to not exceed 4mm. When installing aluminum gusset plates, a reference line should be drawn perpendicular to the direction of the secondary keel in the middle position, aligned for installation, and careful attention should be paid to the installation.

7. After the installation of the gusset plate is completed, it is time to clean the site. Simply clean the gusset plate.
