Enamel steel panels have a very wide range of uses in people's daily life, from kitchen utensils, sanitary ware and household appliances to refrigeration appliances and building lighting. They are widely used in the metallurgy, light industry, household appliance, chemical and construction industries to make kitchen utensils, barbecue grills, water heater liners, sanitary ware, building decorative panels, and more. As people's requirements for enamel products continue to rise, there is an urgent demand for steel sheets with excellent ultra-deep-drawing performance and good enameling performance. The enamel steel panels developed by our company are precisely suitable for architectural decorative materials.
The raw materials of the panel consist of two parts. Low-carbon steel sheets serve as the main raw material, while the surface porcelain glaze uses inorganic materials that generate no static electricity and do not attract dust. Enamel steel panels also contain no radioactive substances and produce no smoke even at high temperatures. The steel sheet has excellent resistance to temperature and humidity, and the back of the panel is supported by a high-strength calcium silicate board to better protect the panel in the event of impact.
Before installation, enamel steel panels must be measured and laid out on site according to the design drawings and the requirements of the construction unit, with layout drawings and renderings prepared and the size and number of each panel determined. On-site cutting of enamel steel panels is prohibited. Installation should proceed from bottom to top to avoid cross-operation.
Its thickness is 1.5-2.0 mm, and the length and width are mainly not exceeding 2.44m x 1.22m. Any specification, shape and color can be customized. In addition, through formulation control, matte or glossy enamel steel panels can be produced, and text or patterns can be fired onto the panels to create pattern panels or text panels.
