Ice-Crackle Decorative Panel

  • 详细介绍
Ice-Crackle Decorative Panel 1

Background Technology

Currently, most glass curtain walls used in buildings in China are all-aluminum glass curtain walls, which are expensive yet relatively low in strength. Their profiles contain no thermal insulation material, so heat insulation, sound insulation and anti-condensation performance are poor. Moreover, because the aluminum pressure plates are relatively thin, they can only withstand low negative wind pressure; they also fade easily, are hard to clean, and offer poor surface decoration. They fail to enhance the decorative performance of building curtain walls and lack market competitiveness. This product is a new decorative wall panel with high strength, strong decoration, and an ice-crackle effect.

Structural Composition and Drawings

Ice-Crackle Decorative Panel 2

The figure above is a schematic diagram of the ice-crackle enamel steel panel decorative panel, with the following reference numerals:

Bottom backing plate 10, steel panel layer 20, base glaze layer 30, face glaze layer 40, crackle porcelain paper 50, light-protective film layer 60, honeycomb core panel 70.

Detailed Implementation

Refer to the figure above, which is a schematic diagram of the ice-crackle enamel steel panel decorative panel.

As shown in the figure, the ice-crackle enamel steel panel decorative panel includes a bottom backing plate 10, in which multiple sets of hexagonal through-holes are provided; a steel panel layer 20 bonded to the upper side of the bottom backing plate 10; a base glaze layer 30 sprayed on the steel panel layer 20, with a face glaze layer 40 sprayed on the surface of the base glaze layer 30; a crackle porcelain paper 50 transferred onto the face glaze layer 40; and a light-protective film layer 60 adhered to the crackle porcelain paper 50.

1. The bottom backing plate 10 is a 2mm calcium silicate board, providing an environmentally friendly supporting effect. In addition to the functions of traditional gypsum board, calcium silicate board offers superior fire resistance, moisture resistance and a very long service life. It is widely used in suspended ceilings and partition walls of industrial and commercial building projects, home decoration, furniture backing, billboard backing, warehouse roof boards, raised access flooring, and wall panels in interior projects such as tunnels. In addition, the bottom backing plate 10 is provided with multiple sets of hexagonal through-holes, which effectively absorb sound and reduce weight.

2. The steel panel layer 20 is bonded to the upper side of the bottom backing plate 10 with adhesive. It is made of cold-rolled steel sheet, and the base glaze layer 30 and face glaze layer 40 are sprayed on its surface. The glaze is a colorless or colored vitreous thin layer covering the surface of ceramic products. It is made from mineral raw materials (feldspar, quartz, talc, kaolin, etc.) and other materials mixed in certain proportions (some raw materials may first be made into frits), ground into glaze slurry, applied to the surface of the green body, and fired at a certain temperature. It increases the mechanical strength, thermal stability and dielectric strength of the product, beautifies the object, facilitates wiping and cleaning, and resists erosion by dust and contaminants. In this implementation, it not only increases the hardness of the steel panel layer 20, but also provides scratch resistance, fade resistance, insulation and weather resistance. In addition, the face glaze layer 40 is further sprayed to enhance performance, rendering the surface artistic and brilliantly glossy.

3. The face glaze layer 40 is provided in at least two layers of different colors, made of inorganic vitreous materials of different colors, with a wide range of applications.

4. Finally, the crackle porcelain paper 50 with an ice-crackle effect is transferred onto the surface of the face glaze layer 40 and fired at high temperature, forming the ice-crackle effect on the enamel steel panel surface, enhancing decoration and aesthetics.

5. The light-protective film layer 60 provides light protection for the enamel steel panel surface, improving service performance. Preferably, the light-protective film layer 60 is a PVC film layer for lasting durability.

6. A galvanized layer is provided on the surface of the steel panel layer 20 to increase rigidity and enhance durability.

7. A honeycomb core panel 70 is fixed to the lower side of the bottom backing plate 10 to further improve sound absorption and heat insulation.

8. In summary, this product sprays the base glaze layer 30 and face glaze layer 40 on the surface of the steel panel layer 20 to form enamel, improving strength and product quality, then transfers the crackle porcelain paper 50 to form the ice-crackle surface effect, enhancing decoration and aesthetics.

Key Technical Elements

1. This product is an ice-crackle enamel steel panel decorative panel, used to overcome the problems of low strength, poor surface performance and weak decoration of conventional decorative curtain wall panels;

2. To solve the above technical problems, the bottom backing plate of this product is provided with multiple sets of hexagonal through-holes;

3. A steel panel layer bonded to the upper side of the bottom backing plate;

4. A base glaze layer sprayed on the steel panel layer, with a face glaze layer sprayed on the surface of the base glaze layer;

5. A crackle porcelain paper transferred onto the face glaze layer;

6. A light-protective film layer adhered to the crackle porcelain paper;

7. Wherein the bottom backing plate is a 2mm calcium silicate board;

8. Wherein a galvanized layer is provided on the surface of the steel panel layer;

9. Wherein the face glaze layer is provided in at least two layers of different colors;

10. Wherein a honeycomb core panel is fixed to the lower side of the bottom backing plate;

11. Wherein the light-protective film layer is a PVC film layer;

12. By spraying the base glaze layer and the face glaze layer on the surface of the steel panel layer to form enamel, strength and product quality are improved, and then transferring the crackle porcelain paper to form the ice-crackle surface effect, decoration and aesthetics are enhanced.
