Decorative aluminum panel is a common product for the external protective structure of modern buildings. It is light in weight yet high in strength; it offers excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance; it has strong plasticity and weldability, and can be processed into flat, curved, spherical and other attractive shapes; colors can be customized to customer preference with a wide selection and excellent decorative effect; it is highly pollution-resistant, easy to clean and maintain; installation is convenient and fast, and the material is recyclable, benefiting the environment. Metal curtain walls have been used worldwide for decades. The three types still in use are aluminum single panels, aluminum-plastic composite panels and aluminum honeycomb panels.
Aluminum single panels generally use 2-4mm thick AA1100 or AA3003 aluminum alloy sheets as the base material, formed by CNC edge folding and other techniques, with decorative coatings sprayed on the surface to meet requirements for exterior color and weather resistance. The structure mainly consists of the face panel, reinforcing ribs and corner codes. Because aluminum single panels can be processed into various shapes and offer superior performance, they are widely used in architecture.
The base panel is made of high-quality high-strength aluminum alloy sheet, with thicknesses available in 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm and other specifications.
The structure mainly consists of the face panel, reinforcing ribs and corner codes.
The maximum workpiece size reaches 800mm x 1500mm x 2000mm (L x W x H).
