1. Material and structural characteristics of PVDF fluorocarbon aluminum panels
PVDF fluorocarbon aluminum panels use high-quality high-strength aluminum panels, commonly 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm and 5.0mm thick, model 3003 H24. The maximum size of ordinary material is 1220mm x 2440mm. Its structure mainly consists of a face panel, reinforcing ribs and corner codes. The corner codes can be directly bent and stamped from the face panel, or fixed on the small edges of the face panel.
The reinforcing ribs are connected with electric welding screws on the back of the panel, making it a firm whole, improving the strength and rigidity of the aluminum single panel curtain wall, and ensuring its flatness and wind and seismic resistance during long-term use. If sound insulation and heat insulation are required, high-efficiency sound and heat insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum panel.
2. Surface treatment technology of PVDF fluorocarbon aluminum panels
Aluminum panel curtain wall surfaces generally undergo pretreatment such as chromating, followed by fluorocarbon spraying. Polyvinylidene fluoride resin, fluorocarbon paint, topcoat and clearcoat are used. Generally, two, three or four coats can be applied. The fluorocarbon coating has excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, can resist acid rain, salt spray and various air pollutants, withstand low and high temperatures, endure strong UV radiation, and maintain color without powdering for a long time, with a long service life.
