PVDF fluorocarbon aluminum panel is a new curtain wall material made from high-quality aluminum alloy sheets as the base material, formed by CNC bending and other processes, with decorative coatings sprayed on the surface.
I. Introduction
The base material of aluminum single panels adopts special single-layer aluminum alloy curtain wall panels such as 1100H24, 3003H24 and 5005H24.
The structure of the aluminum single panel mainly consists of a face panel, reinforcing ribs and corner codes. The maximum size of the formed workpiece is 8000mm x 1800mm (L x W)
Common thicknesses: 1.5mm/2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm.
Universal specifications: 600 x 600mm, 600 x 1200mm.
II. Characteristics of PVDF fluorocarbon aluminum panels
Light weight, good rigidity and high strength: a 3.0mm thick aluminum panel weighs 8kg per square meter, with tensile strength of 100-280N/mm2.
Good weather and corrosion resistance: using Kynar-500 or Hylar-500 based PVDF fluorocarbon paint, color can be maintained without fading for 25 years.
Good process performance: through the process of processing first and painting after, aluminum panels can be processed into flat, curved, spherical and various complex geometric shapes.
Uniform coating and multiple colors: advanced electrostatic spraying technology makes the adhesion between coating and aluminum panel uniform, with diverse colors and a wide selection range.
Not easy to stain, easy to clean and maintain: the non-stick property of the coating film makes it difficult for pollutants to adhere to the surface, with better self-cleaning performance.
Simple installation and fast construction: aluminum panels are formed in the factory and require no cutting at the construction site; they can be fixed on the frame.
Recyclable and reusable, beneficial to environmental protection: aluminum panels can be 100% recycled. Unlike glass, stone, ceramics and aluminum-plastic panels, they have a high recovery rate.
