Today we introduce a decorative building material of the construction industry - enamel steel panels, also known as enamel decorative panels. Although you may not be familiar with the name, you have certainly seen it: in busy underground passages, airport and station waiting halls, tunnel walls, and hospitals and banks. What are its advantages and disadvantages as a decorative building material?

Enamel steel panels have a very wide range of uses in people's daily life, from kitchen utensils, sanitary ware and household appliances to refrigeration appliances and building lighting. They are widely used in metallurgy, light industry, household appliances, chemical and construction industries for kitchen utensils, barbecue grills, water heater liners, sanitary ware, building decorative panels and more.

Application range of aluminum honeycomb panels: 1. Building curtain wall decoration series - apart from specific limits, aluminum honeycomb panels have no standard size; all wall panels are custom-made by the factory according to design drawings, offering great flexibility in size and shape, such as curved panels and folded panels.

Characteristics of aluminum honeycomb panels: 1. Uniform, smooth and scratch-resistant surface color. As the surface color coating of aluminum honeycomb panels is applied by continuous roll-coating technology in a single pass, the surface is uniform and smooth, and thanks to the strong corrosion-resistant fluorocarbon resin treatment, aluminum honeycomb panels clearly have an advantage in corrosion resistance and scratch resistance over other coated panels.

Aluminum honeycomb panels are a metal composite panel product series developed using aerospace honeycomb composite panel technology. The product adopts a "honeycomb sandwich" structure - a composite panel made by bonding high-strength alloy aluminum face and bottom sheets coated with highly weather-resistant decorative coatings to an aluminum honeycomb core under high temperature and high pressure.

The installation method for aluminum honeycomb panel ceilings mainly consists of measurement, layout and positioning, installing connectors and hanger angle steel, installing main runners, installing secondary runners, installing honeycomb panel matching runners, installing honeycomb panels and cleanup. Details are as follows.

With the diversification of architectural forms and styles, double-curved aluminum panels are increasingly favored by property owners and curtain wall designers. Due to the difficulty of processing, few aluminum panel manufacturers can produce double-curved panels, and many projects have to abandon their original designs.

According to incomplete statistics, more than 40 million square meters of curtain wall projects have been built in China. From Beijing to the special economic zones, from large eastern coastal cities such as Shanghai to emerging western cities, new building curtain wall decorations can be seen everywhere on beautiful city streets. With the rapid development of the industry, the third-generation curtain wall material - porcelain-coated aluminum panels - has entered the construction market.

Chinese enamel steel panels have numerous advantages. From their application range, Chinese enamel steel panels can be found in tunnels, metro stations, hospitals (walls of sterile operating rooms) and underground passage wall panels. In addition, enamel has the advantage of low carbon content, making it the main material for the liners of storage water heaters. Chinese enamel steel panels are easy to clean, have a long service life and strong wear resistance.

In recent years, PVDF fluorocarbon aluminum panels have been widely popular in the building materials market because of their irresistible advantages. Here we introduce them in detail: 1. High material strength - the base material of the PVDF fluorocarbon aluminum panel is aluminum alloy, characterized by light weight: each square meter of panel weighs less than 8 kg, yet tensile strength can reach about 200 N.

Specialty aluminum panels are mainly aluminum-manganese series and aluminum-magnesium series alloys. As their age-hardening effect is not obvious, they are not suitable for strengthening by heat treatment, but their strength and hardness can be improved through work hardening. The main performance characteristics of these alloys are moderate strength, good plasticity and corrosion resistance, so they are known as rust-proof aluminum with good weldability.

Enamel steel panel is a new type of architectural decorative panel that belongs to prefabricated panels, so the panel price is not fixed and must be determined by the customized pattern. It combines advanced manufacturing technology with traditional craft (enameling) through dozens of processes such as design, blanking and high-temperature firing. It is the perfect combination of inorganic materials and steel panels, with high flexibility, strong salt-alkali resistance, durability, non-combustibility and safety.
